Type A Life Care Plan

This level has three choices: 90% refundable entrance fee, 50% refundable entrance fee, and a non-refundable entrance fee option.

Fees include a one-time entry fee and your predictable monthly service fee which allows you to live in your personally selected home and enjoy all the amenities at Royal Oaks.

If you ever need assisted living, memory care, or long-term complete supportive living, those services are available with no increase in your monthly fee.
