As a resident, you’ll have full access to all levels of care whenever you need them. No more need to travel off campus for medical appointments or possibly relocate for more comprehensive care. You’ll be at home, in your community, where friends and family can easily visit.
We work in partnership with Summit Healthcare Services who provide individualized home health, out patient therapy, wellness programs, palliative and hospice services throughout the community.
(All levels of care and support services at Eleganta Pointe are also available to non-lifecare residents on a monthly fee basis.)
Nurse and/or certified caregivers staffed 24/7 provide daily assistance as well as support and encouragement.
Life Enrichment coordinators provide uplifting engagement through activities and events.
Care managers identify each resident’s individual needs.
Non-Royal Oaks residents can also reside in Eleganta Pointe on a monthly fee basis.
At Eleganta Pointe, we use a state-of-the-art communications platform called Caremerge. We chose the system for several reasons, including its clear ability to increase family engagement. The system is fully secure, HIPPA-compliant, and enables us to share your information and status with approved family members and loved ones. That provides peace-of-mind not only for you, but for those who are important to you.

In line with that commitment, the WellFit team also offers a first-of-its-kind tool for your personal health and wellness journey: the Royal Oaks Life Plan Guide. To keep your smile at its best, we offer the Midwestern University Royal Oaks Dental Clinic. Conveniently located on campus across from Eleganta Pointe apartments, the clinic has been a partner of our community for over a decade. It utilizes the latest technology in dental science, enabling you to receive the highest quality care at affordable prices.
The Midwestern University Dental Institute, part of Midwestern University Clinics, provides most of the same services you would receive at a private dentist’s office including dental cleanings, x-rays, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and oral surgery.
